Volunesia (Entry By RSVP Only)
What is Volunesia?
Volunesia is that moment when you forget that you are volunteering to help change lives because it is changing yours. 🙂
At Volunesia, volunteers get together to perform various acts of service which come under the ‘Education’ umbrella. From making art and crafts or painting schools to mentoring underprivileged students or teaching them a skill, each of our Volunesia circles is dedicated to a theme that is useful to the students we cater to as part of our Mentor India program.
The real magic of Volunesia lies in the experience itself, where people meet as strangers, but leave making strong heart connections and a feeling of togetherness through service. 🙂
Mahatma Gandhi once said, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” We like to think that we’ve captured a little of that selfless spirit in our Volunesia circles.

The greatest gift you can give someone is your time, and we would love it if you could gift some of yours in volunteering with us to create handmade goodies for some adorable students and their passionate mentors at Mentor India. We will be using recycled and waste materials from Goonj!

Mentor India at Holy Cross School, Mira Road, Mumbai
Join us in mentoring the students of Holy Cross School on Mira Road in Mumbai as a part of Mentor India on the following dates –

Join us in a week-long program (1 pm – 4 pm) of Mentor India from Nov 7th to 12th in a one-of-a-kind school in Magadi, Bangalore called Paranga Vidya Kendra, where each classroom is a pyramid! Experience the joy of teaching rural kids. Apply here.

LOL – A Joy Workshop With Hasovan – 21st August, 2016
Join us on a beautiful Sunday morning to learn how to create joy and happiness from within, while laughing away all the stress. Savitha Hosamane will teach you this and more through her beautiful, fun and engaging techniques. All the proceeds go towards our Mentor India program. #LaughForCharity
