Krishna was brought up in small village, Rangasamudra in Mysore. He was born in 1980 and belongs to a conservative family. His father was a farmer.
Krishna did his primary education in the village. He completed PU (12th) with 70% aggregate. He chose to pursue his graduation (B.Com) from Vijaya Evening College, Bangalore, in the year 1999. Krishna used to sell books during daytime on the pavement at MG Road. This paved his way to acquire a good knowledge on literature during this period.
Soon after he graduated, he put to use the knowledge he had gained by starting his own enterprise – THE BOOKWORM on MG Road in 2002, close to Shrungar complex. He now has three shops in the city, one specializing exclusively in children’s books. All his stores not only have second-hand books but also sell new books at 20% discount.
Krishna is leading a contented life as he chases his passion. He feels that a satisfied customer brings hundreds of other customers. He respects everything on this universe and believes that everything has its own importance.
